1. Nature of the Service

GoldMind AI provides market quotes, technical-indicator computation, AI analysis suggestions, Telegram delivery and MT5 bridge ordering. Nothing on this Service constitutes investment advice. All signals are for reference only.

2. User Responsibility

You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Before connecting your MT5 EA, you must fully understand the high risk of leveraged trading.

3. Account & Privacy

We store your email, hashed password, Telegram chat_id, and MT5 account labels only. We never see your MT5 password and we do not custody funds.

4. Refund Policy

Within 30 days of subscribing, if you have used fewer than 5 AI queries we refund in full. Beyond that we refund pro-rata for unused days.

5. Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust features, pricing and rate-limits at any time. Material changes are notified at least 7 days in advance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for any trading gains or losses incurred by users.
